Service Guarantee for Placements and Recruitment

Service is first and foremost directly related to the people involved. All our consultants have tertiary qualifications at a postgraduate level, and are experienced in the fields of interpersonal relations and human resources.

At the same time service levels are also underpinned by systems. We have therefore developed our own private database and research capability, serving to complement our extensive networks in the business community.

On this basis we are proud to offer the following service guarantee:

	We will provide the most appropriate candidate for the position to be filled in order to enhance the professional image and standing of our client in the market.
	We take due cognisance of our client’s unique culture and work ethic
	Our normal terms include a three months guarantee period. Should the candidate resign or be dismissed for reasons relating to an inappropriate placement, SiS Talent Sourcing will either replace the candidate with no further placement fee or refund the placement fee in full during the first half of the guarantee period, or refund 50% during the remainder of the period.

As we act as an agent on behalf of our client, we are prepared to comply with the specific requirements of our client – as long as we don’t have to compromise our own integrity and standing in the business community.
