Sales Manager Mine Support Structures
Requirements:
(R375,000-450,000 Per Annum Basic Salary Plus Benefits)
Permanent management level position in the Mining sector in Westonaria in South Africa (North West). Benefits: Medical Aid, Pension Fund.
- Candidates should have five to ten years experience in sales with an above average sales track record to Senior Mine Management, Rock Engineers and Procurement Specialists.
- A good knowledge of PGM, especially in the areas of stope support.
- Three to five years sales management experience.
- A tertiary qualification in Mining and/or Rock Engineering and Sales and Marketing.
- Computer literate with intimate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Project Engineer
(R400,000-450,000 Per Annum Basic Salary Plus Benefits)Requirements:
- Permanent management level position in the Mining sector in Westonaria in South Africa (North West). Benefits: Medical Aid, Pension Fund.
- The ideal candidate should have three to seven years experience in project management.
- Tertiary B.Eng qualification (Mechanical, Civil or Engineering).
- Candidates should be able to work in a multi disciplinary team and to provide all sales and marketing personnel with technical training and field back-up.
- Computer literate with intimate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Prioritise and manage possible projects together with management to achieve milestones on time within budget.
- Analyse requirements for manufacturing facilities and or processes to enable low cost production.
- Negotiate with relevant authorities for infrastrutural requirements.
- Development or adaptation of manufacturing processes to improve current products or make new products.
- Assist with development of proto-type machines or processes to manufacture products.
- Drafting budget costs for prospective projects.
- Assist with setting of SOP for new equipment or processes.
- Building equipment and plants to manufacture new products.
- Plan and provide necessary resources for drawing office to perform duties within set parameters and standard.

3) Market Development Leader -Roofbolt Division
(R450,000-500,000 Per Annum Basic Salary Plus Benefits)Requirements:
- Permanent management level position in the Mining sector in Alrode in South Africa (North West). Benefits: Medical Aid, Pension Fund.
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar position gained in the PGM industries is required.
- The ideal candidate has strong sales and marketing skills.
Computer literate with intimate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.- Technical mining background with suitable qualifications in preferably BSc Mining Engineering with Post Graduate Sales or Management qualification.
Responsibilities for new product development will encompass the following:
- Lead and assist with product innovation, conceptualisation and subsequent R&D process in conjunction with the R&D engineer.
- Establish practical, technical and financial feasibility of new products.
- New product commercialization which entails:
- Product commercialization with clients.
- Pricing strategy and model.
- Customer liaison for underground testing and final product development.
- Planning and execution of marketing launch and production build up.
- Development of promotional material and sales training.
- Marketing of total cost of ownership benefits to key decision makers.

4) Research and Development Engineer
(R300,000-350,000 Per Annum Cost To Company Incl Benefits)Requirements:
- Permanent management level position in the Mining sector in Westonaria in South Africa (North West). Benefits: Medical Aid, Pension Fund.
- The ideal candidate will have a B.Eng, Mechanical, Civil or Mining qualification.
- The candidate should have good interdepartmental skills and the ability to work with people to provide sales and marketing personnel with the needed training and back-up.
- Candidates must be innovative and inquisitive to assess the practical/technical and financial viability of new product opportunities.
- Computer literate with intimate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Develop proto-types of new products for testing and assessment of production requirements.
- Development of processes to make new or improve current projects.
- Analyse and evaluate market information to enable development of new products to meet market needs.
- Perform detailed financial feasibility analysis on new products/projects to justify CAPEX requirements.
- Provide performance specifications for new and existing products.
- Drafting of BOMs and setting of QC requirements for new products.
